In the first quarter of my studies I had to design a useless box. The task was to give it it's own personality and to design a world around it. Also, I had to build the useless box by the help of an assembly kit and review it by the end of the project in front of my professors. My idea was to hide the useless box under the sand and turn the surface into a beach. The beach is separated into two parts. One side of the beach shows the beautiful side of the beach and the other one the reality of some beaches with lots of garbage. In the middle you can see a treasure (jewelery). I added pirates right across the treasure inside the useless box. It should look like they want to steal the treasure but before they are able to steal it, the pirates push the button in front of the opening and they return back into the box.
